The development of a catering business
Designing restaurant interior including mood, style, floor plan & kitchen layout.
Developing and implementing social media strategies together with external providers
Developing processes and procedures including staff scheduling.
Organising and participating in a cross border cultural food fair within Interreg projects.
Organising focused workshops on various aspects of the running a hospitality business.
Going forward, particular emphasis is being put against integrating sustainability aspects, recycling, and upcycling into normal operations.
